What does LighthouseLabs do?

  • Lighthouse is a SaaS provider that specializes in services that sit between a customer’s website and its visitors. We implement, manage and support these services in close cooperation with our clients so that they do not need to hire specialized engineers. 

Who are your customers?

  • We don’t share any information about our clients without their explicit consent. Our accounts include global leaders in Automotive, Fashion, Luxury, Travel and Media.

Where is Lighthouse located?

  • Our headquarters is located in Paris, France
  • Our technical teams are located in Chennai, India

What are your main products or services?

  • CDN (and all underlying components like Load Balancer, WAF, Certificates etc.) 
  • Website Image Optimisation.
  • Our sister brand, Dynalight, is offering  API Management as a Service.


How do I purchase your products or services?

  • Our services are highly customizable and not one size fits all. This means that you cannot purchase them online and start using them today. Our standard sales cycle is discovery call, demo, trial, purchase, implementation and operation/support. This cycle can take anything between 4 weeks and 6 months. Depending on the size and complexity of the project, everything can be managed remotely or we do part of the work on-site.
  • Our pricing model is based on simple metrics like traffic volume, number of domains, geography and support level. We only do yearly (or multi-year) contracts to ensure that we recover the initial set-up cost.


Do you offer customization options?

  • Yes, we offer all possible kinds of customization options to meet your specific needs. Please contact us for more information.

How can I contact customer support?

  • You can contact our customer support team by email address. Each customer has access to a dedicated account manager who can be reached by phone and email.

What are your customer support hours?

  • Our customer support hours are from 9am to 6pm on working days (CET time zone).
  • Your account manager is available 24×7 for high priority incidents. He/she will escalate to L2 support when required.

Can I get a demo of your products or services?

  • Yes, we offer demos upon request but only after we have discussed your detailed requirements in a Discovery Call. We will always use one of your domains for the demo so we want to prepare as good as possible to demonstrate our added value. Please contact our sales team to schedule the discovery call.


Do you have any upcoming events or webinars?

  • No, we’re old school. We believe in one on one interaction and prefer to demonstrate our skills and expertise in direct conversation and tailor-made demo’s. We also believe that in any serious business relationship, both parties will need to invest time and energy to make it happen.
